This User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the 911 Call Ready™ Curriculum and Materials (“Materials”) provided by 911 Call Ready, LLC (“Company”) to the purchasing institution, (“Licensee”).

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, the Company grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Materials solely for instructional purposes within the Licensee’s school or institution.

2. Authorized Use

The Materials may be used:

By instructors employed by the Licensee

With students currently enrolled at the Licensee’s institution

Within classrooms, labs, or approved learning environments of the Licensee

3. Restrictions on Use

The Licensee and its users agree that the Materials:

May NOT be shared, distributed, or transferred to any individual, school, organization, or third party outside of the purchasing institution

May NOT be posted online, including but not limited to:

Public or private websites

Learning management systems not restricted to enrolled students

Social media platforms

File-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) accessible outside the Licensee

May NOT be resold, sublicensed, or reproduced for commercial purposes

May NOT be copied or duplicated beyond reasonable classroom use without written permission from the Company

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Materials provided by 911 Call Ready™ are protected by United States copyright laws and remain the exclusive property of 911 Call Ready, LLC.

No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

5. Copyright Notice

All copies of the Materials must retain the following notice:

6. Term and Termination

This license is effective upon purchase and continues indefinitely unless terminated.

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Licensee violates any terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease use and destroy all copies of the Materials.

7. No Warranty

The Materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

911 Call Ready, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Materials.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Materials, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
